Overview of IRLZ34N N MOSFET

IRLZ34N is an N-Channel Power MOSFET that can be used to drive higher voltages and currents from a microcontroller. Because IRLZ34N N MOSFET has a very low on-resistance, it shouldn't require a heat sink until loads exceed 2.5 amps. IRLZ34N N MOSFET is also a logic-level device having a 3.3-volt turn-on threshold. Not all MOSFETs can be fully turned on and driven from logic levels. The MOSFET plug from JeeLabs also uses this MOSFET.
